[Important] Notice regarding business during Golden Week

We would like to inform you about our business during Golden Week as follows.

◆Shipment of test kits

We ship as usual (except Sundays and holidays).

◆ Inspection reception

We are still accepting specimens during Golden Week. Also, even if the date is empty, if you can mail it from a post box in a convenience store where temperature control is constant or a post window, we have verified that it will not affect the result, so please do not worry.

◆ Return result

Please note that the results will be returned within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the sample, so it may take longer than usual.

Example) Samples received on April 28th (Thursday) will be returned by May 18th (Wednesday) at the latest.

◆ Free medical consultation and reception of inquiries

As usual, we will respond sequentially between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. (We will reply within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays)
