Notice about business during the year-end and New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about our business hours during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows.

◆Shipment of test kits

Year-end: December 30th (Friday) until PM 12:00 (Delivery on December 30th (Friday)) New Year's holiday: From January 5th (Thursday)

◆ Inspection reception

Within the year: Until December 27 (Tue) reception (December 28 (Wed) final inspection) New Year: From January 4 (Wed)

* Samples can be received even during the suspension period. Also, please be assured that even if the date is empty, it will be managed properly and the result will not be affected.

*Results are returned within 10 business days (weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays) from receipt of the sample. Please note that it will take time until (Wednesday).

◆Shipment of Kampo

For customers who have already purchased Kampo as of December 28 (Wednesday), we will ship as usual during the year-end and New Year holidays.

For new customers who purchased after December 28th (Wednesday), it may take longer than the usual shipping within 2 business days. We plan to ship by Monday, January 9th.

◆ Free medical consultation, Kampo medical examination, reception of other inquiries

Within the year: Open as usual (10:00-18:00) until December 28th (Wednesday) Closed: December 29th (Thursday) to January 3rd (Tuesday) Thank you for your time.
New Year's Day: January 4th (Wednesday) from 10:00 to 18:00 *If we receive a large number of inquiries, it may take some time to reply.
